Net means net. Commission is calculated after discounts, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, Stripe payment-processing fees and Stripe Billing fees. We use Stripe’s settled transaction record—not an estimated fee percentage.

How much can I earn?+

You earn 20% of eligible net subscription revenue for a referred customer’s first 12 paid months, then 10% for the lifetime of that customer’s continuous eligible subscription. Eligible net revenue is the amount actually settled after discounts, tax, Stripe payment and Billing fees, refunds, credits and chargebacks.

What does my community receive?+

New customers using your tracked offer receive either 25% off their first monthly payment or 10% off their first annual payment. Offers cannot be stacked.

When and how do I get paid?+

We pay eligible balances monthly through Stripe Global Payouts after a 30-day validation period and once your balance reaches the £50 equivalent. The ledger stays in GBP. Where Stripe supports another payout currency, the statement shows the conversion rate and costs; optional payout FX and cross-border costs are deducted from that converted payout.

What currency will customers see?+

Stripe Adaptive Pricing can show eligible customers a local price, including EUR or USD, while our commission ledger remains in GBP. Stripe’s transaction record keeps the original programme price and the currency presented to the customer.

Does every applicant get accepted?+

No. We review applications manually for audience relevance, promotion quality and brand fit. We may decline or request more information before approval.

Do I need to disclose that I’m an affiliate?+

Yes. Every promotion must include a clear, prominent affiliate disclosure that meets the rules in your country and the channel you use.
