Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of The Sales Workout, an AI sales practice and coaching tool. The service provides training feedback only and does not guarantee sales outcomes, commissions, job performance, or legal compliance in real-world conversations.
Account And Eligibility
You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and all activity under your account. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful sales training and coaching purposes. Team seats must be assigned to individual authorised users; account credentials may not be shared to avoid purchasing a seat.
Acceptable Use
Do not upload confidential third-party information unless you have permission. Do not use the service for harassment, regulated advice, unlawful surveillance, impersonation, deception, discriminatory conduct, security testing without permission, or any unlawful activity.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly or annually based on the billing option selected until canceled. Plan limits are based on live-call minutes and any fair-use limits described at checkout or in the product. Annual plans keep monthly usage allowances while billing annually and receive the displayed annual saving. Team plans require at least five seats and use the displayed standard per-seat price without an additional team discount. The team owner controls billing and invitations; each active member uses one seat and receives the selected plan allowance. Upgrades or seat changes may be charged prorated differences by Stripe. You can manage billing through the Stripe billing portal where available. Payments are non-refundable once service access has started or usage has begun, unless required by applicable law.
AI Output
AI-generated buyer responses, transcripts, hints, scorecards, and coaching feedback can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a real sales situation. You are responsible for reviewing all output and deciding how, whether, and when to use it.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for prospect notes, transcripts, recordings, offer details, and other data you upload or enter. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that data with The Sales Workout and the providers that process it for the service. A team subscription does not give the team owner access to a member’s private training workspace unless a separate feature and permission are expressly provided.
Service Changes
Features, AI models, prices, usage limits, and availability may change. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to give notice through the service, email, checkout, or account/billing pages.
Liability
The service is provided for training and practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sales Workout is not liable for lost revenue, lost profit, lost commissions, lost opportunities, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a way that risks harm to the service, users, providers, or third parties.
Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you mandatory rights in another jurisdiction.
