The Sales Workout helps sellers practice sales conversations with AI-generated buyers. This policy explains what account, billing, practice, transcript, scorecard, and usage data we process to provide the service.
Who We Are

Our Role
For account data, billing data, usage records, support requests, security logs, and service operations, The Sales Workout is generally the data controller because we decide how that data is used to provide and run the service. Where a customer uploads or enters prospect notes, call context, transcripts, recordings, or other workspace content about their own business, customers, prospects, or team, The Sales Workout may act as a processor or service provider for that customer where that role fits the way the data is used.
Data We Process
We process account details, email address, authentication identifiers, lead opt-in records, offer setup, buyer/persona configuration, prospect notes you choose to enter, practice-call audio, generated transcripts, hints, scorecards, call-sheet records, deal/practice outcomes, usage seconds, subscription identifiers, support messages, technical logs, and first-party signup attribution data.
How We Use Data
We use service data to provide AI practice calls, generate roleplay buyers, produce scorecards and feedback, keep your workspace history, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and maintain service reliability.
AI Providers And Processing
Practice calls, prompts, transcripts, scorecards, hints, and optional audio analysis may be sent to AI model providers so they can generate buyer responses and training feedback for you. This is third-party processing on our behalf. We do not sell your practice data, and we do not use your prospect notes, transcripts, or outcomes to train The Sales Workout's own models.
Service Providers
We use industry-standard providers to run the service, including hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics, support, security, and AI model providers. These may include providers such as Render for hosting, Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Stripe for payments and billing, Google/Gemini for AI model processing, and transactional email providers such as Resend where configured. These providers process data only where needed to provide, secure, support, or bill for The Sales Workout.
Confidentiality
Your workspace content is private to your account and is used to provide the service. "Private" does not mean that no technical providers process the data: hosting, payments, analytics, support, security, and AI model providers may process data where needed to operate The Sales Workout.
Payments
Payments, invoices, card updates, and cancellations are handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, and plan identifiers, but we do not store full card numbers.
Cookies, Local Storage, And Attribution
We use essential cookies and browser storage to run the service, keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember your cookie choice, support checkout, and maintain security. These are needed for the service to work.
We use first-party browser storage to understand which pages and campaigns lead to account creation and free-workout leads. This attribution may include a random anonymous visitor ID, the first page you visited, recent pages on our site, the referring website, UTM parameters or ad click IDs in the URL, the signup button you clicked, and timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for this attribution.
The attribution record is stored in your browser under tsw_attribution, with a random analytics ID under tsw_anon_id, and may be sent to Supabase when you create an account or submit a lead form. If you submit an email address for a free scorecard, trial, checkout, or account, we may store one durable lead record containing that email, the anonymous visitor ID, source, opt-in status, and attribution needed to send the requested follow-up and understand the funnel. Your cookie choice is stored under tsw_cookie_consent for up to 180 days. You can change your choice by visiting reset cookie choices or by clearing cookies and local storage for this site in your browser.
Analytics and advertising tags remain governed by your cookie choice and consent mode where required. First-party, non-advertising measurement needed to run and improve The Sales Workout may still be captured under our legitimate interests. We do not sell this attribution data. Privacy rights may vary by location, and you can contact us to request access, deletion, correction, or restriction where applicable.
Retention And Deletion
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Practice data, prospect notes, transcripts, recordings, scorecards, and related workspace content are kept until deleted, the account is closed, or you contact support to request deletion, subject to reasonable technical limits and legal requirements. Billing records, security logs, support records, and limited account records may be retained where needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, service integrity, or legal obligations. Your Responsibilities
Do not upload prospect notes, transcripts, recordings, or confidential third-party information unless you have the right to use that information in The Sales Workout and share it with the service providers needed to process it.
