Live Calls
When you start a practice call, microphone audio is streamed to the AI provider so the simulated buyer can respond. Transcripts and scoring data may be saved to your account.
Training Feedback
Scorecards are coaching aids. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be reviewed before use in real sales processes.
Real Customer Data
Do not paste sensitive customer data, confidential deal information, or recordings unless you have permission and your use complies with applicable law.
